VISION

The Human Resource Management Section be the center of excellence in the effective, efficient and prompt delivery of service on matters affecting the human resource management and development assistance and other personnel actions to each and every employee of the Palompon Institute of Technology, Palompon, Leyte.

MISSION

To safeguard and update personnel documents and undertake a comprehensive and balanced personnel program designed to raise the level of efficiency, effectiveness and morale of the Institute and a clearing house of information in the implementation of CSC laws, rules, policies and other issuances.
